I believe that every client I work with is unique. My approach is therefore flexible and sensitive to the individual life experience of each on. I offer both short-term, solution-focused therapy and longer-term exploratory therapy to individuals over 18 years in English or French.
I work with clients from many walks of life and has considerable experience supporting and helping resolve issues around many different themes. I work together with clients to explore difficulties in relationships, conflict, anxiety, depression, loss, workplace stress, self-confidence and self-esteem issues, loneliness, life transitions, and anger management.
