Hi, I am Valentina :) my therapeutic style is creative, evolving from my psychoanalytic training while also considering the importance of finding balance in the emotional, spiritual, and physical realms. I focus on your uniqueness, promoting a sense of safety, connection, hope, and a gentle reminder of your intrinsic power to heal. Freud said that 'psychoanalysis is a cure by love'. I believe that humans can be helped by fostering heart-to-heart connections by tuning into one's emotional needs. Your psychological state holds the key to what is preventing you from being free and connected, and how to get it.
We would begin by focusing on what is happening in the present moment in your life, and then use your past to bring awareness about how you have come to be You. I also offer adaptive music therapy sessions to facilitate consciousness expansion. While I do not condone or encourage the use of psychedelic medicines, I offer pre/post-integration sessions.
Therapy is about discovering who you really are at the very core of your heart, by giving voice to your story in a protected and safe space. Most of the pain we experience stems from a sense of disconnection between ourselves, one another, and the world that surrounds us. I would like to accompany you to rediscover your freedom, balance, love, and essence.
Mi estilo terapéutico está informado por mi formación psicoanalitica que considera la importancia de encontrar el equilibrio en los ámbitos emocional, espiritual y físico para lograr el bienestar. Mi enfoque se amolda a su singularidad, centrándose en promover la esperanza, la conexión, una sensación de seguridad y un recordatorio amable de su propia capacidad de recuperación, libertad y poder para cambiar. Freud dijo que "el psicoanálisis es una cura por amor". Confío en que se pueda ayudar a los humanos fomentando las conexiones humanas, de corazón a corazón, sintonizando sus necesidades emocionales.
He trabajado como psicoterapeuta en los servicios públicos y el sector benéfico, con adolescentes y adultos. Aunque mi formación es en psicoanálisis, me baso en diferentes enfoques curativos. Si bien no apruebo ni fomento el uso de medicamentos psicodélicos, me apasiona la expansión de la conciencia y ofrezco sesiones de integración previa y posterior.
La mayor parte del dolor que experimentamos proviene de una sensación de desconexión entre nosotros, los demás y el mundo que nos rodea. Me gustaría ayudarte a redescubrir tu libertad, amor y esencia.
Ciao, sono Valentina :) Credo in un modello di cura olistico in cui il benessere viene raggiunto attraverso l'equilibrio tra corpo, emozioni e spirito. Benché guidata da teorie psicanalitiche, ritengo fondamentale che la cura miri sempre all’unicità di ognuno. Accanto alle mie conoscenze, ciò che mi guida e che fonda la mia pratica, e che quindi cerco di trasmettere, sono valori quali la speranza, la connessione, il senso di sicurezza, di libertà ed il potere di cambiare. Freud ha scritto che "la psicoanalisi è una cura d’amore". Confido che gli esseri umani possano essere aiutati esplorando la loro reciproca emotività.
Considero il momento presente il piu' importante, esplorando il passato per capire come sei diventato Tu. Inoltre, offro sedute di terapia di musica generativa. Anche se non incoraggio l'uso di farmaci psichedelici, ho studiato e mi sono appassionata all’effetto che essi hanno sull’espansione della coscienza, ed offro sessioni pre / post integrazione.
La maggior parte della sofferenza che proviamo deriva da un senso di disconnessione tra noi e noi stessi, tra noi e gli altri e tra noi ed il mondo che ci circonda. Attraverso una connessione che ha come tramite innanzitutto la parola ed il suo ascolto, si può alleviare il proprio dolore riscoprendo la propria essenza fatta di libertà e amore.
