I have been practicing as counsellor and psychotherapist for 30 years. In that time I have worked many years for the NHS. I have worked in schools for 20 years, working with young people and their families. I have extensive training in many areas including anxiety, self esteem, personal growth, assertiveness skills and suicidal thoughts. I work one to one, with couples and families. My approach is integrative. I use my skills to make sure I am able to listen to my clients to give them the best possible care to the issues brought to me.
I first studied integrative counselling, with person centered approach. I also have MSc in Therapeutic Counselling for in-depth psychotherapy. I have certificates in CBT, Anxiety, Low self esteem, Assertiveness, Suicidal ideation, Grief counselling, Couples therapy and Family mediation. My aim is to help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be.
I am here to listen, whatever you bring. You can make changes in your life, if that is what you wish. Sometimes we can feel unheard and unappreciated. I can help you to find ways to communicate with others better both privately and professionally. Or you may just want space to deal with whatever is on your mind.
