I work with people living through loss — not only bereavement, but the quieter, often unspoken losses that come with relationship endings and life or career transitions, especially when life no longer feels like it fits. Grief doesn’t always look how people expect. Loss can be the sense that everyone else has carried on while you feel caught somewhere in between who you were, who you are now and the future you imagined. My work sits alongside you in that space, to help you make sense of what has changed and how it’s living in you now. What tends to happen over time isn’t that the loss disappears, but that it becomes more understood.
From working with St Barnabas in my early practice work I have trained and worked for some years within bereavement. I specialise in grief counselling and loss in all its forms — including bereavement, relationship breakdown, divorce, empty nest, and life or career transitions where nothing feels the same anymore.
You don’t have to explain everything or have the right words.
