Hi, I'm Ursula.
I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves the chance to become who they were always meant to be — and sometimes we need a little support to get there.
I am a Psychotherapist in Advanced Clinical Training at the Manchester Institute for Psychotherapy, working towards full accreditation. My main approach is Transactional Analysis — a relational, humanistic method that explores how our past experiences shape the way we think, feel, and relate to others today. I also draw on sensorimotor and body psychotherapy, recognising that our experiences aren't just held in our minds, but in our bodies too.
I work relationally, which means I believe the therapeutic relationship itself — the connection between us — is a powerful part of the healing process. I honour your experiences and the coping mechanisms that have got you this far, while gently helping you explore new ways of being.
