If you're looking to understand your current or past experiences, or if you want to work on becoming the best version of yourself, I can help you on your journey. I often place a strong emphasis on the relationships you have with others or with yourself. At the heart of my practice lies my commitment to helping you feel better and reach your full potential.
With extensive experience working with children, adults, neurodiverse individuals, and multicultural families, I offer sessions for children aged 9 and over, adults, and couples. For children, I encourage parental involvement when appropriate, to ensure that the entire family can benefit from the therapeutic process.
I specialise in treating anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, low self-esteem, anger, addiction, and many more. I can assess for autism. I hold ADOS-2 and ADI-R qualifications. Please feel free to reach out to me to discuss how I can be of help.
