I am a fully qualified Gestalt Psychotherapist, Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Supervisor with over eleven years of experience. I work relationally, offering a confidential, safe, non-judgemental space to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and understand underlying patterns in relationships. This can help you to identify changes that could be made, and support you to accept and move on from certain situations or emotional states. I will work with you towards greater self-understanding, self-acceptance and the freedom to choose the way you want to live your life.
I offer regular weekly online sessions on an open-ended basis or for an agreed period. We focus on the here-and-now (what’s happening from moment to moment), in collaboration, at your pace, and where your interest lies.
