It is possible and I have hope that through this process I can support and challenge you to change your life and be able to manage life and it's difficulties with resilience. We are all unique, how often do you feel lost and unsure about who you are? I am from a mixed heritage background which has often felt difficult to navigate. Recognising and noticing our differences and embracing them in all capacities can induce major shifts in our sense of self. I will work with you and along side you to explore the outcome and what that looks like for you.
In my practice, I prioritise creating a space where clients feel understood and supported. I offer full 60-minute sessions, which can be conducted online or over the telephone, ensuring accessibility and convenience for all.
