All our professionally qualified Counsellors are members of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and have a wealth of experience. I have a background in Person-Centred Counselling, I also like to include some CBT and Solution focused elements in my work. I am happy to talk to you over the phone and would can offer a discounted first session.
Whilst I am comfortable offering counselling to any person who feels they need it. I have worked with young people and their parents for over twenty years and feel I can offer a wealth of experience during what can sometimes be a difficult time.
