Hi, I'm Undra. You may be here because something in your life feels heavy, confusing, or simply in need of space. I offer a warm, calm, and non‑judgmental space where you can talk openly and explore whatever feels important to you, at your own pace. My approach is gentle and person‑centred. I believe that when you feel truly heard and understood, you can begin to make sense of your experiences and reconnect with what feels right for you. I walk alongside you as you explore your thoughts, feelings, and the parts of your story that matter most.
I work with a range of experiences, including anxiety, depression, stress, bereavement, relationship difficulties and the impact of suicide. Together, we can make sense of what you’re feeling and move towards healing in a way that feels safe and manageable, while reconnecting with what matters to you.
My own life experience in the aviation and armed forces means I understand what it’s like to move often, adapt to new places and navigate questions of identity and belonging. These experiences help me connect with people who are living between cultures, countries or communities, people with multicultural or mixed heritage backgrounds, expats and students.
