Hi, I'm Monica, an Integrative Psychotherapist with 30 years experience in a number of face-to-face settings including solely online since 2010. Following a specialist training while living as an Expat, I am committed to offering therapy online to a professional standard.
Working with individual adult clients across a range of diversity, I'm skilled in exploring relationship difficulties and toxicity, trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, stress and bereavement among them. As for all us, these can often overlap, especially when past pain is re-triggered in the present and/or old coping strategies become stuck.
With warmth, creativity and a spirit of collaboration, I aim to empower clients reach a more self-supportive and compassionate way of being. My Integrative approach is informed by Transactional Analysis, Internal Family Systems, Attachment theory and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy theories, tailored to your personal therapy needs that we identify together.
