I have been through a lot in my 58 years, from childhood trauma, rejection, poor relationship choices, self-harm, divorce, anxiety, menopause trauma, medical issues, abandonment issues, emotional abuse.. etc.. I reached out and began changing my negative thought patterns and undoing all the chaos that I felt inside. You can too! Be brave and choose you.
