We are a team of compassionate qualified counsellors offering counselling for adults, couples/ relationship & counselling supervision. We bring a rich blend of cultural backgrounds, identities and life stories, believing in as counsellors being approachable, warm and accepting to build positive and healing therapeutic relationships with our clients.
Drawing from our extensive experience and training, we adopt an integrated and holistic approach, tailored to your individual needs and circumstances, supporting you in finding ways of managing daily life and working through your challenges.
Located in our newly refurbished comfortable, quiet and confidential space, conveniently located in the centre of Tunbridge Wells. The services we offer:
- Individual & Couples/Relationship counselling for adults (18+),
- Counselling Supervision
- Short-term & Long-term
- Face-to-face, online & telephone sessions
- Private & low cost sessions
Our team members each have unique specialisations and experiences. We are all neurodivergent sensitive and LBGTQ+ affirmative.
Please note all our counsellors have different working days for in person sessions. If you are interested in working with a specific therapist, please enquire about their availability. We are dedicated to support our clients.
