I have dedicated a significant part of my professional development to studying and researching ADHD, OCD, anxiety, and trauma. I specialise in working with ADHD (diagnosed or undiagnosed), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and trauma. I use a range of therapeutic tools and approaches, tailored to you as an individual, to support you in feeling more grounded and balanced.
I also work with individuals who feel stuck in repeating relationship patterns. I offer a compassionate, reflective space to explore these dynamics and support meaningful change. I hold space for people navigating a wide range of life difficulties, including work-related stress hormonal changes, single parenting, sex workers and more.
I work alongside my clients to make sense of their struggles, experiences, and emotions, helping them recognise their strengths and support healing. I am down to earth, kind, and professional.
