How we relate and what we cocreate in our work can offer opportunities for deep reflection, growth and change. I work hard to create a safe way of relating, in the hope we can deal with any feelings thoughts or behaviour patterns that may induce fear in the room. The aim is to safely invite those feelings in and cocreate a different outcome for us both.
I strive to use my sensitivity, humour (when appropriate), integrity and authentic self in my work. I am currently in advance training for my MSc in Transactional Analysis but don't let that stop your potential for engagement and self discovery.
