It may have felt like a big step to commence this journey to start counselling, I would like to help you on your journey with the ultimate reward of changing your life and the way you relate to yourself and others. In our sessions we will explore current and past life situations in relation to your everyday experiences, we will work towards processing past thoughts and feelings which may still be influencing your life , as past experiences may have been held in suspension and even forgotten but could still be impacting you both mentally and physically influencing your present day life choices and well being .
Working to suit your needs and I will draw upon my continued professional training to help you gain tools to use at times when mental fluidity may feel stuck confused or out of control. A mental space will develop, reaction and actions can be slowed down, allowing a thinking mind to remain when experiencing life's different and many challenges
At times you may experience an array of different emotions which may feel confusing, overwhelming or impossible to make sense of. Bringing these thoughts ,feeling to session will enable us to explore in safety, a calm balanced way forward with new understandings and awareness can start to create a more positive brighter future in all aspects of your life.
