I am a Clinical Psychologist. I have worked in the NHS for 12 years with adults and children experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, OCD, social anxiety, panic, phobias and stress. I help people identify and change unhelpful patterns so that they can feel more confident, reach their goals and be more like the person they want to be at home, in their relationships and/or at work.
I work with people to help them have the space to tell their story, to understand their life, their difficulties and to help explore ways to move forward. I use an individualised integrative therapy approach, drawing on CBT, ACT, CFT, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness. I specialise in helping people to develop psychological resilience.
It is important that you feel comfortable with your therapist. I offer a free 15-min online consultation, where you can meet me and decide whether I am the right therapist for you. During the consultation we will discuss your hopes for therapy and think about how I can help you make the changes you desire. I work with warmth, kindness and compassion.
