I am a child and family psychodynamic psychotherapist, with over 20 years’ experience working with parents and children. I undertake short and long-term psychotherapy, parenting guidance, communication work and assessments. I have a warm, approachable style, a bright sense of fun which puts children & families at ease. I provide a calm, empathic space, am non directive & follow cues from children of all ages.
A safe space to explore & understand the difficulties you are having. This may be individual or together as a family. Sometimes these problems have been present across generations. Together we will work on these issues & how best to bring about helpful change, develop and resolve conflict.
