About
As an Integrative Counsellor, Psychosexual & Relationship/Marriage therapist, I support clients to manage and heal from struggles that affect their emotional, and mental health & happiness. The drive to be perfect, try harder, and be successful can cause ruptures in one's mental wellness that can lead to stress, depression, anxiety, addiction, and sexual functioning/ identity concerns that hinder emotional self-esteem and ongoing happiness within and in our relationship to ourselves and others.
My career as a counselor began over 17 years ago within the NHS and a Post-adoption charity. Specialist Qualifications as a Psychosexual (Sex) & Relationship Therapist and trauma support were added to support clients with sexual functioning, Identity, trauma, desires, expression, and a myriad of other concerns. I am kink Aware and a GSRD, Sex + LGBT+.
