In my personal experience, counselling and psychotherapy can help with a wide range of problems related to life and living. I am a fully qualified psychotherapist and counsellor. I offer both short and long term counselling/therapy to individuals and couples. I have worked with people through a broad range of difficulties including generalised anxiety disorder, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, all types of abuse, family issues, personality disorders and bereavement.
I offer a space for us to work together to explore your thoughts and feelings with a 'better tomorrow' being our primary goal.
