Hi I am a very experienced Clinical and Accredited Psychodynamic Psychotherapist specializing in Adult Mental Health and Child And Adolescent Mental Health. I am trained to work at a depth level and I am very experienced working with trauma and conditions such as depression trauma and anxiety.
I am trained in many different modalities and can work with children adolescents adults and families. I am also trained in EMDR and have been trained for over 17years . I work from a developmental depth perspective in my psychotherapy with adults and creatively with children and young people. I believe in the Jungian perspective to individuate!
I think trust is fundamental in the therapeutic relationship and transparency .
