I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist who specialises in obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and related conditions. Related conditions include body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), compulsive hoarding, trichotillomania (hair pulling), tourettes/tics, and olfactory reference syndrome. If you are impacted, or believe you are impacted by any of the above conditions, then I believe I can offer you highly specialist and focused support.
The methods I use have a strong evidence base (for example ERP), ensuring you receive treatment that is effective, practical, and proven to work.
Even if you don't have OCD or a related condition, I may still be able to help. I have experience working with a wide range of anxiety-related problems and depression, including those experiencing relationship issues, trauma, grief, addiction, and adjustment to illness.

Join a small group of up to 12 people in our weekly online, two-hour sessions led by Dr Craig Govan. This isn’t just a support group —it is an exposure and response prevention (ERP) treatment group. You’ll benefit from lower treatment costs and a supportive community. The group treatment programme costs £399 to attend all 12 sessions.
