I offer online and in-person counselling in Exeter for those aged 16+. I provide counselling for anxiety (e.g. grief, social anxiety), identity (e.g. sexuality, societal marginalisation), relationships (e.g. attachment issues, emotional abuse) or self esteem related issues.
My approach is collaborative; working with each client’s preferences and what feels most useful for them. As an integrative counsellor, I draw on a broad range of approaches, with a particular interest in the person-centered and existential models, which places the client–counsellor relationship at the heart of the work.
Working intersectionally, I focus on how different identities shape your experience.
In additional to my role as a counsellor, I also work in an educational setting and am keenly aware of the financial pressures and additional stressors that face students. For this reason, I offer a reduced rate of £40 for students.
