My name is Treasa, I'm an Exeter based counsellor, offering online and in-person sessions for those aged 16+.
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, whether it’s social anxiety, grief related anxiety, work stress, or a constant sense of worry in the background of daily life. Others feel uncertain about who they are, or “out of step” with what society expects, including gender, sexuality or life direction. Many also struggle with relationships shaped by past bullying, criticism or low self-worth. What they want most is clarity, steadiness and a space where they can finally make sense of themselves.
I support clients through a collaborative and gentle therapeutic process. As an integrative counsellor, I draw on person-centered and existential approaches while working intersectionally with each persons identities and experiences. I help clients employ practical tactics for managing their lives when necessary, as well as exploring deeper meaning together.
Reaching out for support can feel daunting, but you don’t have to face things alone. Together, we’ll explore what grounds you, what matters most, and how to build stronger connections, with yourself and with others.
