Sometimes it is difficult to find the words to describe your emotions or what you are experiencing. I hold online sessions where you are invited to use your imagination and creativity to gain insight and explore current challenges; exploring whatever you are struggling with or what you feel is holding you back or challenging your well-being. Through a combination of talking and expression, clients of all ages are empowered to tap into their inner strengths, and to use those strengths to create healthy connections with themselves and others.
I hold private, confidential and nonjudgmental sessions with compassion. For over a decade I have supported people going through a rough patch as well as people who have suffered from traumatic experiences. I have a holistic approach to help you discover new ways of being and relating, while gaining a deeper understanding and appreciation of yourself.
