I offer a wide range of therapies such as IFS, CBT, DBT, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Compassion-Focussed Therapy,. I am also trained to provide systemic/narrative therapies with a focus on strengths and resources rather than problems and symptoms. Where necessary, I draw on integrative approaches to tailor the sessions to your needs.
