I am a Person-Centred Counsellor and I also specialise in offering Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT) . This means that during our time together we will focus on not only your thoughts but your feelings and emotions surrounding events, challenges & difficulties. If you wish, my Therapy Dog, Flossie can help you too by joining you in your sessions.
The first step is often the hardest but once you reach out, we can find a way to work together that will help you recognise and grow from the life challenges you've faced or are presently experiencing.
