I am an HCPC Registered Creative Arts Therapist and Lifespan integration therapist. I am also a highly experienced trainer. I have over 16 years experience working with children and families in crisis. I have provided support and therapy to children and adults who have experienced sexual, emotional and domestic abuse. I specialise in Trauma, Attachment and PTSD. I offer brief therapy as well as long term support and come from a very humanistic approach. I work with children from the age of 3+ and I also offer family therapy.
I can offer talking therapy as well as arts therapies, this could include painting, clay work, storytelling and music. I work in whatever way feels the most accessible to the client, I find that the creative side of therapy can support clients moving through areas they may have become stuck in previously.
