I specialise in trauma, abuse, anxiety and inner child work. Since 2004, I’ve successfully built a thriving therapy practice working with adults, worked in domestic abuse services, addiction teams, managed a counselling charity and supported trauma survivors.
I’m an accredited member of the BACP and NCPS.
