I’m a Counselling Psychologist with a wide range of experience in a variety of healthcare settings such as the NHS, Charities & Private Hospitals. I have extensive experience working in both primary and secondary care settings including Secondary Schools, Universities, Drug & Alcohol Services, Trauma Services and in Forensic Settings. I have experience working with young people and adults presenting with a wide range of difficulties such as depression, anxiety, eating disorder, personality disorder, drug addiction and relationship difficulties. I offer individual, group, family & couples therapy.
I work using an integrative approach and adapt the approaches that is best suited for the client’s needs. I have experience in delivering Person Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy & Dialectic Behavioural Informed Therapy and Narrative Therapy.
I understand that therapy can be daunting but I offer a safe, confidential, emphatic and non-judgemental environment. My aim is to help clients understand their mental health issues better and empower them to achieve the changes they need in order to live a better quality of life.
