As a registered therapist with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Currently a doctoral candidate in psychotherapy, I specialise in trauma and resilience. I am trained in various therapeutic techniques; Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT).
