My CBT, Psychology and Psychiatry colleagues and I work together, supporting each other in providing a tailored, timely service, with warmth, confidentiality, and professionalism at it's heart. We now offer this service on-line as well as face to face within our small team at our two practices in Salisbury and Stockbridge UK . You can arrange a telephone discussion with one of our senior Practitioners, free of charge, giving you the opportunity to explore your specific needs and wishes and allowing us to suggest recommendations from within or outside our team.

I am very a personable and approachable professional with over 16 years experience in therapeutic intervention. I have worked in a wide variety of settings with a vast range of issues. I value the relationship with my clients above all and greatly respect and promote autonomy and equality. I work to encourage transparency and honesty to help nurture self awareness and growth.

I am a BACP registered integrative therapist and offer an empathetic, safe environment for couples and families to facilitate the potential for change. I believe the health of our relationships if fundamental to our well being. The focus of my practise is therefore relationships whether i am working with couples and families on communication or with individuals who are coping with loss or finding it difficult to manage depression and anxiety.

I am an Integrative (Humanistic) counsellor specialising in young people and adolescents from age 11-25. Counselling provides a space to talk to someone independently, confidentially and safely. It gives an opportunity to explore, and understand, feelings, thoughts, experiences and emotions which may be hidden, troubling or confusing without judgement, and with warmth and compassion. Working together enables the exploration of being your true self. Everyone has their own unique way of looking at the world which can impact choices and actions. Through self-awareness you can understand the causes of your concerns or triggers.
