In a compassionate and authentic setting, my clinical work involves empowering children, young people and adults. Individuals with whom I work with are able to explore their thoughts, feeling and behaviours in a safe environment, allowing them to make decisions that lead to improved psychological well-being. I have worked with both children, young people and adults who have experienced trauma and abuse. Whilst being trained in the treatment of anxiety, depression, eating disorders and relationship difficulties.
Seeing people walk away feeling more confident and making their own choices and decisions, without question, is the best feeling any therapist could experience. Throughout my career I have advanced training within CAMHS and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, enabling me to provide personalised and successful treatment of a range of mental health difficulties.
Authenticity and honesty are at the top of my priority list during treatment. Individuals often express concerns about not being heard or not comprehending what treatment entails. Transparency between myself and clients is critical to ensuring my clients leave therapy feeling empowered and confident in their ability to manage their mental health.
