My counselling style is dynamic, creative, modern and solution focused. I specialise in anxiety and stress, confidence building, relationship problems and couple's counselling. Over a cup or tea or coffee, we'll unpack the patterns in your life then discuss ways these can be changed. Expect to experiment with strategies between sessions.
