My clients are people who want a laid-back, non-clinical approach to therapy from the comfort of their own home. I often work with clients who’ve had previous experiences of counselling in which they found it difficult to talk or didn’t feel fully heard. I work hard to help clients feel safe and valued for who they truly are. may be for the first time.
I help individuals facing life challenges through counselling and hypnotherapy. My approach is warm and compassionate, often infused with a touch of humour. Drawing from my own experiences, I have a deeper understanding of my clients' struggles, allowing me to empathise with them through experience which cant be learnt in a class room.
