Whether you are navigating a loss in your life, struggling with addiction, or exploring your identity within the LGBTQIA+ community, I believe you already hold within yourself the resources needed for growth and healing. I am honoured to be able to provide a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental space for my clients where these resources can emerge.
There are many different types of therapy, and mine is called Person Centred Therapy. The main things that set this type of therapy apart are that I do not provide advice to you, I accept you truly as you are, and the content of each session is led by you, tailored to your needs.
I am always widening my knowledge through training, because in my view being a therapist requires lifelong learning. Even so, I know that the most important factor in therapy is a successful therapeutic relationship. I will meet you on equal ground, not in an expert role, but as another human being accompanying you on your journey - true relational depth.
