Thank you for taking your first steps in counselling with me. Let me me help you with whatever is troubling you. I am a Psychosexual Therapist and Relationship Counsellor and I can also help you if you have a Sexual Compulsion. I have many years experience with Relate and in Private Practice. I am currently also CSB (T) If you have issues involving a partner, family member or even with yourself I can help you reach your goals, off load your anxieties or assist with a lack of self esteem . I have a box of tools to help you on your journey of discovery. If you have had surgery which gives you anxiety I am here to help.
Are you anxious? what are your worries?I am an accredited Psychosexual therapist a member of COSRT. I originally qualified with IFT in systemic therapy but I am also integrative therapist, using CBT Psychotherapy, Gestalt as well as offering you many other tools. I work with individuals, couples and polyamory in a safe and confidential environment.
I offer a warm nonjudgemental environment either on line or face to face and I will give you 10min online or telephone taster. I offer weekly, Single Session or ad hoc, maintenance therapy. If your problem is big or small it doesn't make a difference, I will you a box of tools to help you on your life journey, I'm here to listen and guide you.
