Let me me help you with whatever is troubling you. I am a Relationship Counsellor and Psychosexual and Compulsion Therapist. I have many years experience with Relate and in Private Practice.
If you have an issue that's troubling you. It may involve a partner, family member or a friend I can help you reach your goals, off load your anxieties or assist with a lack of self esteem.
If you have had surgery which gives you anxiety about your appearance.
I am here to help. I will give you a virtual box of tools to help you on your journey of discovery.
I am an accredited Relationship and Psychosexual and compulsion therapist accredited member of COSRT. I originally qualified with IFT in systemic therapy but I am also integrative therapist, using CBT Psychotherapy, Gestalt as well as offering you many other tools. I work with individuals, couples and polyamory in a safe and confidential environment.
I offer a warm nonjudgemental environment either face to face or online. I offer 10min online or telephone taster. Sessions are usually weekly, Single Session and then ad hoc, maintenance therapy. If your problem is big or small it doesn't make a difference, I will you a virtual box of tools to help you on your life journey, I'm here to listen and guide you.
