I work with children, young people, individuals and couples. I am a Integrative counsellor using the most appropriate theoretical modality suited to you and your needs. I work with a variety of issues from bereavement, anxiety, relationship issues and sexual issues. I work with a variety of issues, Anxiety, Depression, bereavement and loss, relationship issues, sexual issues. I use a variety of skills and counselling models such as Systemic, Psychodynamic, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy with Children, Emotional Focused Therapy, Psychosexual Therapy.
I have worked with a wide variety of issues within different agencies such as Relate and a local hospice so I specialise in relationships and bereavement and loss but whatever your issue know that I will listen to you without judgement or prejudices in order to help you work through your difficulty.
