I’m an Integrative Therapist who offers counselling for Adults and Children (aged 9 years +) teenagers and young people in Bristol and South Gloucestershire areas with face-to-face or online sessions available. I understand how unsettling starting counselling can feel, but also a chance to unburden, move on and flourish. A place to experience care, compassion and connection where you’ll be able to explore your thoughts, feelings and concerns without judgment, criticism or consequence. A private space just for you to gain clarity or explore changes for the future.
I offer person-centred therapy; however I'm also trained to work integrating a variety of other approaches. I work flexibly using a variety of techniques to meet your individual needs. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy ACT and Solution Focused Therapy SFT, Creative and Symbolic strategies for a Proactive Approach.
Sometimes life’s twists and turns can stop us in our tracks, or we recognise we feel uncomfortable or misaligned.
