Making the decision to see a therapist is a big step forward in dealing with what is troubling you and it can be difficult to know where to start. Finding the right therapist is an important first step. I aim to provide a comfortable and supportive environment, where we will work through whatever is troubling you at your own pace. You will be listened to, accepted and respected regardless of what you tell me. I will not tell you what to do, but will do my best to support you in working through any difficulties you may be experiencing and to give you the space to make the decisions that are right for you.
I have over 17 years experience in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I work with both couples and individuals and also have a specialist qualification in Relationship Therapy. I provide a safe, ethical and confidential service. Whatever it is that is troubling you, you don’t need to go through it alone.
