These include Cognitive-Based Therapy (CBT) for proactive exploration of underlying troubles; guided visualisations enabling a state of pure relaxation and other relaxation techniques including aromatherapy. For your children, play and art therapies can enable self-expression in ways that talking may not
I believe that by creating a comfortable, non-judgemental environment together with being genuine and empathic this helps clients in finding their own solutions to their problems.Change and growth can come through counselling and by having an independent person it can enable you to effect change and to become emotionally independant
