Lots of things bring people to counselling and I make supporting you on your journey my priority. I endeavour to offer a place where you feel safe and held with no judgement. I am led by you and your needs in the here and now and believe that given the right environment you hold the answers you seek enabling you freedom.
I am a humanistic counsellor specialising in eco therapy - ‘walk and talk’ and coupled with my experience as a yoga teacher/practitioner I naturally interweave somatic practices where appropriate. I am somatically Trauma Informed and am ready to meet you where you are at. I work either on location for walk and talk, online or face to face in Bournemouth.
Counselling is like alchemy, it is well reputed for being the conduit for healing. I will offer the space to share and explore all parts of yourself as we reflect on deep rooted patterns of behaviour and areas that you are stuck.
