Throughout life, there will be times when we are unable to make sense of our own experience. The space created in psychotherapy can bring a renewed sense of health, confidence and connection to our often complex lives. My intention is to create a compassionate, warm space through which we can work together exploring your experience and some of life's biggest questions that may arise. A place for you to be fully received, exactly as you are. Whatever brings you to this moment, whether you are navigating specific difficulties, facing a general sense of unease, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I am here to support you.
I offer Core Process Psychotherapy, which is a mindfulness-based, embodied and relational approach to psychotherapy. Grounded in Western Psychology and Buddhist understanding there is focused awareness on wholeness of mind, body and feelings with an emphasis on connecting more deeply to ourselves, each other and life itself.
My work is to accompany you, creating a safe, welcoming and compassionate space, fostering trust and connection. It is a ‘joint relational process' which means it relies on us working together to understand your present experience, the challenges you are faced with, and what may be helpful, resourcing and supportive.

My work is to be with you, creating a safe, welcoming and compassionate space to recognise, embrace and look deeply at emotions to understand the deepest nature of what you are experiencing. Trusting our experience as it is and being curious about habitual energies, patterns and shapes we take, can open us up to new possibilities and offer the chance to experience a deeper sense of wellbeing.
