You may know something needs to change, but not how. Perhaps you’re struggling in your relationship, having the same arguments, feeling unheard or disconnected, or wondering whether things can improve. You may be recovering from a controlling, narcissistic or emotionally abusive relationship and trying to rebuild your confidence. Or you may be struggling with overthinking, people-pleasing, self-doubt or a harsh inner critic. I offer a warm, personal space to understand what’s happening, recognise unhelpful patterns and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
I specialise in relationships, couples counselling, communication and relationship challenges. I help individuals & couples understand patterns beneath conflict and communication difficulties. I support people recovering from controlling or emotionally abusive relationships to rebuild confidence. I explore the inner critic and its impact on relationships.
Reaching out for counselling can feel like a big step. You may have spent a long time coping alone or wondering whether your struggles are ‘bad enough’ to seek help. You don’t need the answers before you contact me. I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly, feel heard and make sense of what’s happening. If this resonates, contact me.
