I have trained in many different approaches over my 24 years working therapeutically. This means we can find an integration of mind, body and soul interventions to suit your needs, at a pace that works for you.
I assess and treat adults across the lifespan with a wide range of presenting conditions. I am specialised and have a special interest in treatment of Trauma (single incident or complex), Attachment based concerns, Anxiety, Phobias, Depression, offending behaviour, addiction, psychosexual concerns, couples therapy, work based stress and overcoming abuse.
