Through my training as a Counselling Psychologist and Psychotherapist, I have been privileged to work with a diverse range of clients presenting with different underlying difficulties from stress to childhood attachment issues or post traumatic stress disorder. The journey of life can throw up many turns and bumps, psychological therapy provides the opportunity to explore these challenges and find a way that is comfortable for you to move forward, and continue your journey of life.
I am integratively trained, meaning I work using a range of methods such as cognitive behavioural therapy, and the person centred approach. However at the forefront of my work, is the relationship we build as joint collaborators of the therapy journey. It is within the our therapeutic relationship that change and growth will be stimulated.
