People from all walks of life have come to me for counselling for many different reasons. In my work as a counsellor the most important thing to me is you! I work in a way that looks at all aspects of you. We would look at your past experiences as these might help us understand what you might be experiencing in the present. We would look at what is going on for you now and at ways of managing this. We would look at what you might like going forward and ways of achieving this. Everything you think and feel would be the focus and whatever is right for you will always be at the heart of our work together.
I have 25 years counselling experience and can offer you a safe, confidential space where whatever your reasons for seeking counselling will be heard, respected and valued. I specialise in working both long term and short term with people and offer inperson, online and telephone sessions. I am also a couples therapist.
