My name is Dr Tracy Ann Richardson and I run Wolds Psychology Ltd. I have worked as a Clinical Psychologist providing psychological therapy for over ten years. I have particular expertise in working with psychological trauma and am an accredited EMDR practitioner. Sometimes we don’t know what is causing us to feel distressed and I can help explore with you what is going on for you and work with you to find a way through this. I also have extensive experience in working with difficulties such as depression, anxiety, anger, relational difficulties, emotional regulation or interpersonal difficulties.
I also have a passion for working with those with neurodivergence and always work from an affirmative standpoint. I carry out autism and ADHD assessments and/or psychological therapy personalised to your own needs and strengths.
