You may have always felt a little different or out of step, without quite knowing why. Perhaps you’re starting to recognise yourself in conversations about autism, ADHD, or neurodivergence, or you’re simply curious about understanding yourself more fully. You might feel tired, overwhelmed, or unsure about relationships, work, or past experiences.
In therapy with me, you’ll find a gentle, calm, and understanding space where you can slow down, feel heard, reflect safely, and explore things at your own pace — without pressure, judgment, or needing to have all the answers. I also provide clinical supervision for other therapists.
I offer counselling and psychotherapy for neurodivergent adults, including those late-diagnosed or self-identifying. My approach is trauma-informed, person-centred, and collaborative. I also provide clinical supervision for therapists, helping me stay reflective and offer thoughtful, supportive care in every session.
