I work with adults experiencing addiction, trauma, anxiety, bereavement, relationship difficulties, workplace stress, health concerns, menopause, neurodivergence, and life transitions. You may feel stuck, overwhelmed or uncertain, or be living with the impact of someone else's addiction. Together, we'll explore your experiences at your pace, helping you develop self-awareness, understand unhelpful patterns, and move towards meaningful, lasting change.
I offer online and telephone humanistic, trauma-informed therapy with a warm, collaborative and non-judgemental approach. I have particular experience supporting addiction and neurodivergence, tailoring therapy to your individual needs while building a trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel heard, accepted and understood.
Many people wait a long time before reaching out, often feeling they should cope alone or that their struggles aren't serious enough. Whatever has brought you here, you deserve to be listened to with compassion and without judgement. If you're ready to take that first step, I'd welcome the opportunity to work alongside you.
