Autism, AuDHD, ADHD Specialist Psychotherapist and HCPC Speech and Language Therapist (20 yrs exp). I work with teens, parents, young people and adults. People come to me because I have in-depth knowledge & experience of working with: self-harm, OCD, anxiety, dyslexia, stammer, Tourette’s etc. I focus on humanistic psychotherapy because it is my passion to support people in navigating their unique way of being in the world. I offer animal therapy (I have a canine-concern registered black lab), assistance dogs are welcome and offer walking therapy as well as meeting clients in different locations to help with anxiety issues.
I have particular experience of working with: social anxiety, communication challenges & life changing events such as relationship changes, death, work loss and long-covid. The focus of my practice is on developing self-awareness and growth within a wholly accepting and non-judgemental environment; for me therapy is all about connection and trust.
Life throws up constant challenges; big instant “everything shatters” ones and life-long ones. I can be by your side, look out of the same window as you, understand and support you on your journey.
